List Your Event

List Your Event

Analogue’s calendar is built to reflect what’s actually happening across Windsor’s arts and culture scene from gallery openings and shows to workshops, screenings, and community gatherings. It’s completely free to list events in the Analogue calendar.

If you’re organizing something, submit it! The earlier you send it in, and the more complete the details, the better it’ll show up both online and in print.

How to Submit

It’s easy – just use the form below.
It’s the fastest way to get your event into the system and ensures everything is formatted correctly. If you prefer email, or are a large organization with a high volume of events to add, scroll past the form for additional information on how to submit.

Prefer to List by Email?

You can also email your events to events@analoguepress.org. This is a great option for organizations and groups that have a more complete monthly calendar and would like to send everything in at once.

What to Include

Keep it simple, but make sure we have the essentials:
– Event name
– Venue (with address if applicable)
– Date and time (start and end)
– Cost (or free)
– Age restrictions (if any)
– Short description (1–3 sentences)
– A link for more info (if available)
– Images (At least one!)

A few image guidelines:

– Use a photo, not a flyer
– Closer to square proportions works best
– JPG or PNG preferred
– Keep it under ~5MB
– Good options include artist photos, past events, or the venue itself.

A note on Curation

The calendar is editorially curated. We may make small edits for clarity, formatting, and space — especially for print.
We focus on arts & culture (music, visual art, film, theatre, written/spoken word), as well as community events, workshops, markets, and festivals.

Not every submission will be published. In general, we don’t list:
– Private or members-only events
– Ongoing promotions or sales
– Events without a clear time/place
– Items outside the Windsor-Essex region
